You must apply online to beconsidered.**Environmental Factors**Duties are performed in the homes, places of employment, and otherlocations frequented by assigned inmates as well as in a standard officesetting. Duties include working closely with local police departments inarrest situations or in the performance of field supervision check. Highstress situations are predictable, even frequent. The potential ofphysical assault or injury is present. A valid motor vehicle operator\'slicense is required. Overtime and emergency duty are predictable. Shiftassignments may change in accordance with the needs of the office,including any of three shifts and weekend assignments as wellpotentially working within a correctional facility.**Minimum Qualifications**Bachelor\'s degree in criminal justice, social service or a relatedhuman services fieldORAssociate\'s degree AND one (1) year or more of experience incorrections, human services, military service, law enforcement or otherrelated field.ORHigh School diploma or equivalent AND two (2) years or more ofexperience in corrections, human services, military service, lawenforcement or other related field.**Note:**A valid motor vehicle operator\'s license is required.**Special Requirements**Candidates must pass any level of background investigation applicable tothe position.
